Our mission is to re-define the high street salon ‘conveyor belt approach’ and create something truly unique throughout London’s hair scene.
From humble beginnings renting just two chairs in what would eventually become Beauty Club London, our founders Louise and Moe’s journey took an unexpected turn during the COVID-19 pandemic. The power couple seized the opportunity to transform the salon into the bustling beauty hub it is today, with over 30 talented employees. KISS 100 Breakfast presenters Jordan Banjo and Perri Kiely ‘officially’ cut the ribbon for the new salon opening in April 2020. Located in Oxford Circus, Beauty Club London is one of the largest hair salons in the city.

Our Founders
Meet our founders, Louise Bailey and Moe Harb, the duo behind Beauty Club London. Each with over two decades’ experience in the art of applying and styling hair extensions, Louise and Moe are pioneers in their craft, setting the highest standard for excellence in the hair industry.
Throughout his career, Moe has achieved remarkable things in the hair extensions industry. As a trainer for Hairdreams International in 2006, he was one of the first hairdressers to use tape extensions to lengthen hair. He also introduced Richy Hair Extensions to the UK market. His innovative spirit and commitment to excellence has shaped the landscape of luxury hair care in London and beyond.
As for Louise, a hair extensions specialist in her own right, she worked tirelessly with Moe to perfect the world’s highest quality hair extensions brand, Hair Club Extensions.
They literally bumped into each other in 2016 in the renowned Harrods’ Hair and Beauty salon – and from that moment, they knew they were meant to create something extraordinary together.
