By booking an appointment with Beauty Club London, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

Hair Extensions

  • A deposit of £100 is required when booking an appointment for hair extensions. Consultations are free of charge and do not require a deposit.
  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the deposit being forfeited.
  • Refunds and exchanges are not permitted on tape or bonded hair extensions once they have been fitted and cut in, due to hygiene reasons.
  • If any hair fitted is deemed to be faulty, it will be removed and tested, and replacement hair will be applied at no extra cost to the client.
  • It is normal to lose a bond or tape here and there, particularly when maintenance is due. Should this occur before your scheduled maintenance appointment, we will reapply them free of charge.
  • A fee of £100 applies to matting issues on extensions worn for more than 8 weeks (above our recommended maintenance schedule). Hair matting refers to the tangling and clumping of hair strands, resulting in dense, knotted areas that are difficult to comb or manage.
  • Clip-in hair extensions may be exchanged provided they have not been removed from their original packaging.

Hair Colour

  • A deposit of £50 is required when booking a hair colour appointment.
  • A colour patch test is required at least 48 hours before all PPD colouring services. If a client declines or has not completed a patch test, we reserve the right to refuse the service and/or offer PPD-free alternatives.

Late Arrivals

We kindly ask that clients arrive on time for their appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the appointment being shortened or rescheduled, at the discretion of the salon.

Klarna

In order to offer Klarna’s instalment payment options, we will pass your contact and order details to Klarna so that they can assess whether you qualify for their finance options and tailor the payment options to you. General information on Klarna can be found on their website. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and Klarna’s Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Beauty Club London will not accept responsibility for any damage caused to the hair as a result of non-compliance with our aftercare guide. This includes, but is not limited to, damage associated with the use of products containing Avobenzone (commonly found in sunscreens and skincare) or the use of shampoos and conditioning treatments that are incompatible with your hair extension or colour service. Our team will advise you on suitable products at the time of your appointment.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
