Can I have a consultation & service on the same day?
Absolutely, although first-time clients will need a colour patch test to ensure they’re not allergic to PPD, which is present in hair colour products.
A hair colour patch test involves applying a small amount of hair dye to your skin to check for any allergic reactions. Usually on the inside of your elbow or behind your ear, where the skin is more sensitive.
Are Blow Drys included?
Blow drys are not included with hair colour services. Please consider this before making a booking.
What if i'm running late to my appointment?
We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your appointment.
If you would like to cancel, we would appreciate a 12-hour notice. However, if this isn’t possible, please give us a call as soon as you can before your appointment.
*Your deposit will be forfeited for any bookings cancelled with less than six hours’ notice.*
What happens if I can't make my appointment?
We would appreciate a call in advance if you’re going to be late. If you’re substantially late to your appointment, we may have to shorten your treatment or reschedule it.
